Within two business days, you will receive a personalized proposal with your scope of service and investment. Sign your agreement and submit your retainer, and your date is held exclusively for you.

At our kickoff meeting, we define your priorities, your traditions, and your guest experience. We then build a budget strategy so every dollar supports what matters most to you.
04. Design & Curation
We develop your design direction, curate and manage your vendor team, and refine timelines, floor plans, and every detail that shapes how your guests experience the day.
05. Production & Farewell
On the day, our team leads setup, vendors, and the timeline from the first arrival to the final farewell, so you can stay fully present.

What is the difference between your planning services?
Our services are designed to meet you where you are. Full Planning & Design offers comprehensive support from start to finish. Partial Planning provides guidance and refinement for couples who have begun planning. Wedding Management focuses on final coordination and execution, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.
What types of weddings do you typically plan?

Do we still need a planner if our venue provides a coordinator?
A venue coordinator plays an important role—but their responsibility is to the venue, its operations, and its policies. Our role is entirely different. We represent you.
